Supporting Construction Professionals, Renewable Energy Developers and Planners
We provide results-focused support to renewable energy developers, construction professionals and planners.
Building support
Our principal aim is to help those involved in master planning, house building and renewable energy projects secure community and political support for their planning proposals. We also facilitate partnership and stakeholder development processes to help you build effective teams with your contractors, consultants, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Adding value
The key test for our involvement in your project will be our ability to create additional value. We do this through a professional approach and high quality political connections. Our specialist knowledge can help you work confidently with communities, residents, stakeholders and local government.
“Sustainable Futures really added value to the networking, engagement and public consultation process in relation to our proposals for a new Eco-village in Darlington. Their involvement helped us reach deep into the local community and share creative ideas with local people.”
John Orchard - Managing Director Marchday Plc

New opportunities
Building affordable, carbon efficient homes in safe, successful communities is now a national priority. In addition, Government is calling for a major acceleration in the number of new homes being built with particular emphasis on the use of brown-field sites and sustainable communities. These new opportunities will require developers and built environment professionals to play a much more significant role in creating new neighbourhoods and communities. A recent study highlighted the shortage of community engagement skills among organisations involved in the delivery of sustainable communities. ('Mind The Skills Gap', Oct' 2007, Academy for Sustainable Communities)
We are acutely aware that success is secured by creating 'win-win' situations for everyone involved in the process and we work assiduously to ensure that this is achieved.
